- Horse wagers will be accepted, online or through our call-center up to the opening of the gate. Gate opening times will be determined by the electronic feed to our system and NOT by players watching some form of live racing.
- When wagering on horses using our call-center, players must wait for confirmation from clerks that their wager(s) have actually been posted prior to their hanging up from phone call. Players leaving phone call before confirmation of wager(s) being posted and said wager(s) not able to be posted because of past-post will be voided.
- If for any reason the race does not close due to a technical fault and players are still able to bet online or through our call-center, after the horses have left the gate; your bet will be voided and your money returned to your account. EXAMPLE: Should the racing informational feed tempoarily cease it's feed to our system, the race would not close when the gates open and
wagering would continue past post and up to the point where the feed would restart.
- Races will be graded immediately upon the results being posted.

- When wagering on coupled horses if one horse scratches you will still have action on all other horses. A refund will only be applicable if all coupled horses are scratched. There is no "must go" action as part of the entry.
- If a "pick3" or "pick4" wager is made, no payout will be given as a consolation prize except in the case of a scratched horse. For example, no payout will be given for picking 2 out of 3 or 3 out of 4 winners unless one of your horses were scratched.
-
When making exotic bets and the horse you wagered on is scratched, we will refund the bet amount. We do not follow any track house rules. For example, if a horse is scratched we will not replace that horse with another horse as the bet will be voided and your wagered amount will be refunded back to your account.
-
Maximum payout per customer per day is:
9 A) Category A Tracks: $30,000 USD
9 B) Category B Tracks: $20,000 USD
9 C) Category C Tracks: $10,000 USD
-
In match-ups between two horses, both horses must go for wagers to have action.
-
The winner of the match-up will be determined by the highest placed finisher between the horses in that particular match-up.
-
Match-ups are not eligible for rebates.
-
In match-ups between one named horse and the Field, wagers will have action if the named horse starts. Scratches of horses in the Field will not affect the standing of the wager.
